Child Development Center
We understand that choosing the right daycare for your child is one of the most important decisions you can make. That's why we commit to consistently providing a loving, nurturing, Christian environment for all the little ones in our care.
Staff
We have a low teacher-child ratio to ensure optimum attention can be given to your child. Our staff is experienced and continually expanding their education to include CDA Credentials. We all have CPR, child abuse prevention, and First Aid training annually. And our Director has 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education!
Your Child's Day
We use Creative Pre-K curriculum with many hands-on activities. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack is served every day in our cafeteria. And once a week, our kids get to go to chapel (check out the pic!)l with Pastor Ed! He's our children's pastor... be sure to look at his website. Our hours are 6 am to 6 pm.
Our Facilities
Being hosted by a large church has great advantages for our daycare! Your child will have a room designed especially for her age group, as well as daily playtime in a large gym with lots of bikes and toys. We also have two age appropriate playgrounds for outdoor play, and plenty of water toys for our very popular summer "Water Days."
After School Care
We provide transportation to Sango, Rossview, and East Montgomery Elementary Schools. Barksdale children are picked up and dropped off at our facilities on the CMCSS bus. We provide before and after care for each of these.
Security
Your child's safety is very important to us. That's why we installed keypad-only entry on all of our doors. Each parent is given a unique keypad code, which ensures that only authorized personnel enter the building. We closely guard access to the facilities during childcare hours.
Other Details
Openings are currently available! We do accept Families First DHS certificates, and we participate in the Stars program with DHS. We're in the process of expanding our program to include Giggle Bytes and Little Amigos.
