Activity Needs

NOTE: If sound system is needed, only one of our approved sound technicians will be allowed to run the system. There is a charge of $100 per event for sound.

Activity Request Agreement

Clarksville First Church of the Nazarene is blessed to have the facilities that God has provided for us. We do not charge a fee for the use of the building, but only ask that you follow the policies and procedures listed below. Thank you!

Facility

After the submitted request has been cleared and poses no conflicts with already approved activities, publications of activity may begin to be circulated. We ask that you wait until your requests have cleared the church calendar to prevent any confusion or conflict. You will be contacted by email with your approval.

Keys to the facility may be checked by appointment Monday through Friday prior to the day of use. Please return keys as soon as possible after your event.

Guidelines for Use of the Building

There is no smoking anywhere in the building or within 30 feet of the entrance doors.

Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are not allowed on church property.

All those using hte facilities are asked to show respect for all property, and are expected to leave rooms and spaces as they were found. This includes removing all trash from the area used and placin it in the outside dumpster, returning any supplies to designated areas, cleaning up all used spaces.

Liability Insurances

Any organization using the facilities should provide its own liability insurance against possible claims of injury or damage while on Clarksville First Church of the Nazarene property.

General Guidelines

The individual or group authorized to use hte facility is responsible for the following:

  • All setup and tear down of the tables and chairs (if needed)
  • Sweeping and/or mopping spills
  • Cleaning counters and other equipment used
  • Washing tables
  • Removal of all leftover food and drink
  • Removal of all decorations and tape (no nails, tacks or tape that is likely to damage walls may be used)
  • Removal of all trash to the outside dumpster

I understand the above policy and procedure of facility use and will do my part to fulfill the necessary responsibilities to help the ministry run as smoothly as possible.
